During our New Year's stay in this B&B, we had a lot of privacy in our quiet and comfortable room. the breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options, and it was well-organized. the beautiful grounds surrounding the property were a delight to behold, and there was a convenient driving distance of 5-8 minutes to the nearby attractions.

On our last night, we experienced a moment of discomfort with little hot water available for the shower. This resulted in us taking quick showers or opting not to shower at all.

A lovely B&B just a short drive away from the town centre. the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. the hosts are friendly and helpful, and there's a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast each morning. the property is surrounded by a picturesque countryside, with a beautiful lawn and ample parking facilities. You can easily explore the Ring of Kerry as the location is very accessible, without the hustle and bustle of staying in a busy tourist centre.

Some guests noted that the wifi was weak in their room, requiring them to go downstairs to the living area to get better reception.

The area offered fantastic activities like hiking, horseback riding, and golf. Plus, the no-pet and no-smoking policy ensured a clean and pleasant environment.

The breakfast selection was fantastic and worth the extra fee. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient for exploring the southern region of Ireland.

The view from our room was not the most picturesque and the traffic noise at peak hours could be disruptive. But overall, the stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
